Organize projects with collections
Keep web pages, documents, media, and ideas for the same goal together.
When to use collections
Collections organize content around a clear project or goal, such as “Home renovation,” “Next presentation,” or “Product research.” Browse related pages, files, images, and quick thoughts from one place.
You don't need a separate collection for each file type. Naming collections by how you'll use the content often makes it easier to find than grouping by format.
Add content to a collection
- Create a collection in Organize, or choose an existing one.
- Choose a collection in the preview when saving. You can also move existing content using its organization actions.
- Open the collection and check that the content appears.
Use collections and tags together
A collection answers “What is this content for?” while tags answer “What topics does it cover?” For example, an item in “Product research” can also have “Interaction” and “Reading” tags.
Changing a content item's collection and deleting the original are different actions. Read the action name and confirmation before proceeding.
