Save documents and images

Where documents go#

Manage PDFs, EPUBs, and similar files in Documents. Choose Add File, select content with the system file picker, then open the saved file to check its preview.

On Mac, you can also send files to Pocketify from Finder's share menu. On iOS, import through the system file picker or the source app's share sheet. Text, contents, and annotation support depend on the format and file.

Images and other media#

Browse images, audio, and video in Media. Save images by selecting local files, choosing photos, or using the relevant import option; available options vary by platform and content type.

Image details show available information and extracted dominant colors, helping you sort and organize visual references. Dominant-color detection doesn't mean the image's content is understood.

What to check after saving#

• Open the saved content to confirm that its preview or file is available.
• Add tags or a collection to content you'll keep using.
• For use across devices, wait for iCloud and attachment transfers to finish, then check the other device.
